Applications are accepted throughout the year for all waiting lists that are open. Waiting lists are ordered first by preference, and second by date and time of application. Applicants will be contacted by mail at their last known address when their name comes to the top of a waiting list.
The Housing Authority also purges its waiting lists on a regular basis by sending a letter of continued interest to all applicants. Applicants should always keep the Housing Authority advised of their current address by filling out a Waiting List Change Form for any change of address.
