To qualify for this program your annual gross income must not exceed the following limits:

In addition, you must have been employed for two months or have been involved in active self-sufficiency case management for two months preceding the issuance of your rental assistance coupon.
In order to remain eligible for assistance, you must receive a case-management evaluation and comply with the terms of your self-sufficiency contract. You must also complete an application for Housing Choice Voucher assistance in order to qualify for the program.
The funding for this program is provided by the Division of Housing for two years and unless the Division of Housing renews the funding for this program, your housing assistance will end in the year 2006. It is anticipated that through self-sufficiency case-management you will make sufficient progress by then to become independent of rental assistance, or that you will have qualified by then for Housing Choice Voucher assistance. Your housing assistance is not portable and cannot be taken out of Fort Collins or Loveland City limits.
